LEGALLY LICENSED 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH VV NUMBER VV-35-2-0000880. IMMACULATELY PRESENTED BEAUTIFUL AIR CONDITIONED APARTMENT WITH FREE WI-FI INTERNET AND SKY TV PACKAGE WITH ALL SPORTS AND FILM CHANNELS ALONG WITH CATCH UP, 'furnished to a very high standard' along with 'home from home' and 'most stylish apartment on the complex' are some of the most used comments in the guest book. This legally licensed and fully insured stunning apartment overlooking the communal pool and children's paddling pool (this is one of only a handful of complexes within the resort with a separate children's paddling pool) in a gated family orientated complex.
Luxury master bedroom with king size bed and remote controlled ceiling fan, bedroom 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sleeps 5, remote controlled ceiling fan. Free wifi internet which is available all round the apartment and on the balcony. SMART PHILLIPS AMBILIGHT TV with a FULL SKY TV PACKAGE WITH ALL SPORT AND FILM CHANNELS AND CATCH UP, it's like watching TV in your own lounge.
Brand new air conditioning system in Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area which can also be used as a warm air blower, just incase you get one of them chiller evenings (coin operated meter)
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and all mod cons. A large sun drenched and spacious balcony overlooking the children's and adults pools with sun loungers, table and seating for 4 with a large sun brolly and reclining comfy chairs. Excellent choice of restaurants, bars and live entertainments along with varied children's entertainments close by in the town which is only 5 minutes stroll away and just beyond, the beautiful promenade and golden sandy beach. All this just 10 minutes and 15€ taxi ride from the airport. There is an excellent bus service from just outside the arrivals terminal at the airport to the brand new bus station in the resort and is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment and costs 1€ 45c. I've used it many times and can highly recommend it. Welcome pack included FOC including water, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a bottle of wine

Graham's apartment was the perfect base for our family holiday in Caleta de Fuste and is close to all local amenities whilst still being very quiet. It is a fantastic apartment with many positive features and is clearly lovingly maintained. We particularly enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony as the sun was rising - we loved the view of the pool too, which was very relaxing. The bonus of air conditioning and the fabulous ceiling fans were such a delight of an evening when you want to cool the apartment just before sleep. We highly recommend Graham's apartment and would happily return - thank you for having us!

From Booking to checking out Graham and Issic where absolutely fantasic! The apartment was perfect, clean and well looked after. Air-con was cool as ice and the additional light fans where perfect at night. The pool area was great and the kids met some new friends and cant wait to come back next year.For anyone reading visit Faro Rock just down the street for food absolutely fantasic and wasnt disappointed once.Chris.

My family has thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in the apartment. I am a regular visitor to caleta but this is my first time here. I will most definitely be booking again

Thank you so much Graham for the use of your gorgeous apartment. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was stunning, the addition of air conditioning an added bonus too. Communication with you and Lisa at various time times during the booking process and on arrival were spot on!
Just a couple of very minor issues, an extra key would been very useful and a mid week clean would have helped too but overall the holiday was superb, thank you so much.
