About this house rental

A charming 'Provencal' house which is situated at the foot of the ancient village of Menerbes. It is an excellent area for walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. The house has a large terrace covered with trees, to provide a cooling shade from the summer sun. The property has two living room areas, a large open kitchen with dining table. One living room is equipped with satelite TV a large open fireplace. The swimming pool is a new one. It is fully equipped with a safety alarm for children.

The house is situated close to many of the stunning villages of Provence.
The house is made available for holiday rental purposes when the owner is not using it. Previously it was the principal residence of the owner.

I was a guest for Easter holidays last year. The days I've spent in this house were quite pleasant. The house is comfortable and quiet. It's good location allowed me to go about the region and see a good number of nice places and restaurants around. It has a brand new pool but at that time it was still too chilly to take a swim! :-). The region is very good for biking too.
