Very quite house, nice furnishing completely renewed. At the entrance of the town of Aosta, with many opportunities of walks through vineyards and fuit trees. Ideal location in winter season as a base for white weeks for all those who wish to attend different skiing resorts
Surroundings
The apartment is placed on the ground-floor of a house lived by the owners. It is located on the hill at 613 mt. above sea level and at 4 Km from Aosta town. In the center of the Valley it is about 40 Km. far from the most famous resorts.
Activities and attractions
In summer a true paradise for people fond of the mountain.Courmayeur, Cervinia, Gressoney, Cogne, etc. are surely able to satisfy any demand.
In winter the skiing resorts are at disposition for skiers of any level
Warning: we are not able to receive animals

Perfectly wonderful!

First of all let me stress out that the apartment is more beautiful than what you can be aware from the presentation photos. I will name below the most important features (in our opinion): stylish, detail-oriented and warm interior design, all rooms have windows overlooking the carefully cared for garden from which you could contemplate the mountains and valley. Mrs. Romagnoli is responsible for the welcoming and warm interior. Also there is nothing that you might need that you can’t find (from sugar & salt to safety pins & sewing threads). Mr. Romagnoli had a caring and supporting attitude towards us whether was about a travel suggestion (We told him that we are going to visit Eguisheim & Colmar and he propose for us to visit also Riquewihr. It was a perfect completion for our journey.) or a technical issue (We could not establish the internet connection on our laptop. It was a unique case for the owner. The problem was from our laptop. Mr. Romagnoli went above and beyond when he solved the problem although most of the IT technicians were on vacation). In conclusion it was a perfect holiday which, in part, due to our hosts. "The apartment was very clean and peaceful. It was properly sized for four adults and with fully equipped kitchen. It was easily accessible from motorway and close to supermarkets and good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it was others as well. The owner was really helpful and we felt like home staying there. And wow, what a view from the wndows! Many very good ski resorts were also easy to reach by car (La Thuile, Pila, Courmayeur, Monte Rosa, Cervinia...)"

"The location is great - 5 minute drive to the center of Aosta, and all of Val D'Aosta is easily reachable. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable,has in it all you could need, with a fantastic view from the garden of the mountains across the valley. Best of all is the owner Paolo, who treated us with fresh figs, plums and grapes from his garden, is extremely kind and friendly, and very helpful and informative about all our questions and requirements."

"it was a wonderfull week in Paulo's apartment: quite, wonderfull view of the valley,very comfortable apartment. Paulo was very gentle and answered any question\request immidiatly.He also climbed up his fig trees to give us fruits from "Paulo production" as he called it.If we stay in the valley again,we will be glad to come back to Paulo place."

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Mon épouse étant ancienne professeur de langue italienne et, alors étudiante, ayant beaucoup été là-bas comme interprète pour des voyages organisés, un excellent contact s'est établi tout de suite... et jusqu'au bout. Nous comptons bien y retourner très vite et nos logeurs espèrent bien nous retrouver d'après ce qu'ils nous ont dit.

Le montagne, la natura e naturalmente anche la casa con il giardino pieno di fiore garantiscono una vacanze indimenticabile. De gezellige woning ligt in een rustige buitenwijk van Aosta, is ruim en heeft een mooie tuin. We werden gastvrij ontvangen door Paolo en maakte ons wegwijs in de buurt, ook gedurende de week dat wij er waren konden we altijd een beroep op hem doen. Een goed uitgangspunt voor de wandelingen in zowel Parodiso als de Walliser Alpen en prima te befietsen naar de stad Aosta (een kwartier). Mede door deze accommodatie hebben wij weer een prachtige week gehad in het Aostadal.

Sehr gute Darstellung der Wohnung, ausführliche Suchkriterien, die es ermöglichen die geeignete Wohnung für unsere Bedürfnisse zu finden, Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Paolo ist immer hilfsbereit und zu einem Späßchen aufgelegt, auch wenn die Kommunikation manchmal mit Händen und Füßen erfolgt.

Comme chaque année, nous sommes venus nous ressourcer dans ce petit coin de Paradis. L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable avec son jardin qui permet la détente et la relaxation. La vue est également à couper le souffle ! Idéalement situé, nous pouvons facilement organiser différents types de ballades et visites. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillants, disponibles et discrets à la fois, ouverts et chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Viel Stauraum überall. Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Garten hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und man hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge im Süden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe.

Nous sommes très content de connaitre Paolo qui est un hôte adorable, l'appartement est confortable, bien chauffé, l'équipement est complet et abondant (il n'y a pas que 4 couteaux, 4 verres ... comme dans certaine location), les lits sont confortables, la chambre est équipé d'un lit king size et le canapé est très bien. L'appartement est lumineux avec une belle vu sur la montagne,et à 5 minute du télécabine pour Pila. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

"La France est mon pays mais Saint-Christophe est mon chez moi" : voici notre devise après un énième séjour dans cet appartement et au contact de la famille Romagnoli. L'appartement est bien situé, très propre, pratique et accueillant. Les propriétaires savent être, à la fois, présents et discrets. Nous avons été mieux renseignés par eux que par l'office du tourisme sur les beautés à voir et les activités à faire dans la Vallée. Bref, que du Bonheur !!
