Chalet in Belagio Ain Sokhna

Value for money and the location. The property owner is helpful.

The pool and the beach were not as expected. The apartment appliances and plumbing need maintenance.

The chalet was very clean and fully equipped, with an excellent location near the swimming pool and the beach. It also features a wonderful balcony view overlooking the sea. Mr. Tamer, the owner of the chalet, is extremely cooperative and very friendly — I truly appreciate his kindness and taste in both hospitality and the chalet’s decor. This won’t be my last time; I will definitely come back again. My family and I absolutely loved the chalet.

The fact that only a certain amount of electricity/water was provided by the owner. We ran out of electricity in 24 hrs. It's summer, the weather is scorching. We had to go and recharge the card for electricity that lasted is the rest of our stay, which was 3 days. It wasn't stated anywhere that additional money would be taken from the guests. We were asked to pay additional 800 pounds; 500 were returned to us upon leaving. This property wasn't equipped with essential items, such as salt or sugar. No soap, toilet paper or towels were provided. Lucky we had packed a couple. Improvements are highly necessary for this place. It was our impression that the cleaning staff didn't take too much pride in their job.
