Localização, o apartamento tem as comodidades necessárias para uma semana de férias em família. O pronto acompanhamento dos donos do apartamento para esclarecer qualquer dúvida.
Falta ar condicionado, porque apanhamos dias de muito calor. E tem um pouco de peças de decoração a mais para uma casa para alugar na praia.

Da proximidade da praia (bico das lulas), marina e do espaços verdes envolventes. Da simpatica e disponibilidade do Sr. José. Excelente varanda com vista para o parque.
Algumas tomadas eletricas não funcionam. Apartamento um pouco quente, excesso de acessórios no apartamento, o que compromete a área útil do mesmo.

A localização impecável
A limpeza ficou a desejar, o conforto das camas não eram grande coisa e os eletrodomésticos como torradeira, cafeteira elétrica e outros estavam num estado muito desgastante !!!!!
