This was our first visit as a family to the area. We mainly went so we could take our teenage daughters to Splash Country and a few other places. We are a family of 5. All of our kids are girls. They each had their own bed. My husband and I had the Queen size bed. 2 of our girls had bunk beds (they are 14 & 16). The girls said the bunk beds were very comfortable. Our other daughter (18) had the pull out couch. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable. She ended up sleeping across the top of the mattress with her pillows around her. The kitchenet is exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. The bathroom isn't huge but it isn't tiny. The water pressure in the shower is AMAZING!!! All 5 of us showered every night, hot water was NEVER an issue. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths under the bathroom sink. The closet had extra pillows, pillow cases, sheet, and 2 blankets. This was absolutely PERFECT for us! We could see some of the roller coasters in Dollywood from the porch. At night around 10, we were able to watch the firework / drone show that Dollywood had going on. We are already talking about our next visit. This is the place we plan on staying again. 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend. We are planning on renting a bigger cabin or multiple for our next visit with family and friends.

It was nice but to small for a family of 4. Also didnt read the listing as well as I thought because we didn't realize it was the bottom half of a cabin and that we had neighbors above us. You can definitely hear them stomping around. (They had kids as well). I did like that it was close to Dollywood and you can see the fireworks every night that they shoot off. Overall, it was decent for a short 3 day trip to Pigeon Forge.

Location was excellent but we really had an issue with so many hairs on the bathroom towels & on the top bunk. I brought up the issue of the towels to the owner and she asked for pictures “of the towels that are dirty according to you”….ive honestly never left less than 5 stars for reviews of rentals but the wording of that rubbed me the wrong way & we were not given new towels. I think this rental is a good deal & good location but bring your own towels for sure.
