Cozy, clean and very pretty cabins. Great location close to restaurants and city center, and reasonable prices. Would stay here again

Fireplace smoked up all cabin.. had to put fire off immediately. Some neighbors were partying and playing loud music one night making it impossible to sleep. Management didn’t take any action

That it was close to a pool and mi kids enjoyed that. The personnel was willing to help us get what we need from their store.

There was no hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The tv was black and white and the beds were very uncomfortable.

La tranquilidad y fácil acceso

No sirvió el internet en todo la estancia. No había agua caliente aunque se solucionó durante la mañana pero tuvimos que esperar a que lo revisaran y eso atrasó los planes.

Cabaña para descansar, bosque para respirar y agua para relajar.

La tranquilidad en medio del bosque, fácil acceso, que cuenten con el servicio de alberca.

Falta de limpieza en cortinas y ropa de camas con manchas. Telarañas en las paredes (sobre todo en las esquinas). El día que ingresamos reportamos problemas en la iluminación (algunas áreas con focos fundidos) con su personal de limpieza e intentamos hablara recepción y no tuvimos respuesta, el cambio se realizó hasta el día siguiente.

La cabaña estaba sucia y las camas son incómodas, pagué extra por el acceso a la alberca y solo aguantamos 1:30 horas ya que el hecho de estar encerrada el cloro de la alberca hizo que nos diera información en los ojos, el aroma súper fuerte a cloro

Tener una rampa para discapacitados, toda vez que está demasiado empinada la baja o subida en su defecto, está muy bonito, pero estaba llena de moscas las habitaciones y la sala, y no encontramos en el centro ningún matamoscas

Que no haya WiFi en las cabañas Que No explican el uso del receptor de cable o TV. Que la persona que lleva a la cabaña no es nada amable, ni servicial. Eso si me disgusta, parece que no hace su trabajo con gusto.
