The apartment, location, and overall experience were good. We stayed one night initially and really loved it. However, there were people smoking weed and being very loud until around 4–5 a.m., and the smoke smell made us quite uncomfortable. That first unit itself was clean and well maintained. After a couple of days, we returned and were assigned a different unit with a better pool view. This time it was quiet and there was no weed smell, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing—the bathroom had urine on the toilet, hair in the shower, and the sheets did not smell clean.

Property was clean and secure.

It was a little further from downtown area.

Look really nice

The fact that the livingroom didn't have AC and one of the room didn't have ac.

The property manager is super nice and understanding. We were able to contact them as needed. The location was perfect for our trip, due to it be close to family we were visiting. We also felt safe. There is 24 hours security and the property is gated.

It was obvious that others that have rented this property abused it. There was damaged furniture and other items in the apartment. The property has so much potential, but people don’t care for things they didn’t work for.
