Superb

Location was good. Relatively close to the old town (1,5-2 km, less than 30 minutes walk), right at the main street, but a few houses away (less noisy). Very nice private terrace.

We couldn't enter the parking garage even though the apartment had it's own designated spot for the car. The remote control simply did not work(?) (could not open the gate to garage). We were able to access the closed area with some free parking spots there, therefore it was not a big issue in general. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the host by phone (tried a few times 1st and 2nd day); they did not reply by email as well, so that was disapointing. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Our check-in got delayed however the owner let us leave our bags in the flat during this time so we were able to explore Gdansk without them.

Big bathroom. Apartment is in new building, quite neighborhood.

All of the apartment was dirty. Everything you touch or see was dirty. Rug havent even been hoovered, all corners and tops of furniture full of dust balls, found cigarettes on hall wardrobe, used face mask under bed. Toilet cover was broken, lamp shades broken, dirty sofa, carpet, dirty cups, plates.... some sticky paper on windowsill, sand in sink. Bathroom door was broken as well, but we fixed it. Oven is dirty and smells really bad. But worst of all was the communication. First of all you need to go to they'r office to pay for the apartment and get the key's. You need to park car in different street cause you can't get there with the car. Then they gave me the note how i can get the keys and remote for the gates. Its not very clear how you need to use those directions so i called few times and they was not very happy about that. Finally when we got into apartment and saw the condition and wrote message that there is no remote for the gates and garage. I got the answer that it should be and thats it. There was no communication with me. The second day of our stay they wrote me via booking platform to ask if everything is okay, and i said No. There is no remote for the gates, again they said it should be and didnt answer to my messages. So for 3 stay days we needed to wait till someone drives in or out. Good thing that there is a lot apartments and we didnt need to wait long for that. Service was worst that i ever had in my trips, wouldnt recommend.

Toiled seat was broken, shower was broken, apartment arranged to get max of $$$ no “soul” in the place, a host was very rude and put us in tough position.

Apartment in building No9 is very ok! Apartment in building No5 is less recommended.

This agent provides two apartments from different owners in one residential complex. Pictures of these apartments are mixed, so you can't recognize which picture of which apartment you see until you visit it. These apartments are totally different in part of comfort. I've stayed in both apartments within two weeks and can recommend to stay at building No9 only. Here you have your own open yard with a table and sits where you can take a coffee in the morning or nice dinner out of room. Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. All the staff you need you will find here. We was traveling with a baby, so this yard was a perfect place for baby to sleep on open air in stroller. 20 minutes walk to Forum or historical center. 30 minutes drive to Sopot beach, 5 mins by car to foodmarket Carrefour Morena.

After one week we decided to stay one week longer but apartment at building No9 was booked already so we booked apartment at building No5. This is a totally different story. There are no beds. There are only 4 hard sofas. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. Some strange policies from the owner you will find on the kitchen, i.e. to keep kettle out of its power base... Why? It looks like this apartment was designed as robust as possible to avoid expensive damages from travelers. Owners never lived here. Narrow corridor, useless kitchen with chipboard chairs like a boxes. So, as we was lucky to live at building No9 we was unsatisfied with apartments in building No5. Price was same. Property asked travelers to call at least one hour prior to arrival. We started our trying to call and send messages in all messengers 3-4 hours before but there was no answer... Even when we've arrived nobody called us back. We spent some time in front of complex before we got callback and waited another 20 minutes to collect a keys from manager. That was fun, because when we arrived second time, the story was absolutely same. This complex is a nice place in a disadvantaged area. Drunk people in the evening trying to talk with you... Come here with a car only and don't walk at late time.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze w bloku na bardzo przyjemnym zamkniętym osiedlu. Parking podziemny zdecydowanie na duży plus

Czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Aby funkcjonować w mieszkaniu musieliśmy w nim najpierw odkurzyć i przetrzeć krzesła z brudu ( może warto się zastanowić nad zmianą firmy sprzątającej ?) Wiele przedmiotów na mieszkaniu jest zniszczone lub wysłużone. Aż się prosi o mały remont i konserwację

Velmi velké zklamání

Velké zklamání. Po příjezdu na ubytování byl gauč, který měl sloužit jako postel pro dvě osoby, naprosto promočený. Ačkoliv byl evidentně umýván, nebyl suchý a bylo na něm nemožné sedět nebo spát. Na tento problém jsem se obrátil jak na provozovatele, tak na Booking, ale ani jeden z nich neřešil situaci adekvátně. Provozovatel tvrdil, že gauč do večera uschne, což se nestalo, a Booking vůbec nereagoval, ani jsem se nedostal k živé podpoře. Nakonec jsme s otcem museli spát na zemi, což je naprosto nepřijatelné. Určitě už nikdy více.

Bardzo dobry przestronny apartament. Idealny dla grupy przyjaciół. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo dobra obsługa i expresowa komunikacja. Dobrze wyposażony ale.....

.....widać czas użytkowania mieszkania. Brak kompletu sztućców, szklanek, talerzy. Cześć mebli lekko uszkodzonych. Ściany przybrudzone.
