Week in Medulin
Apartment was generaly clean (except there was apparently clean bandaid stuck to the decorative sheet that was over the bed). The terrace was nice and spacious. Parking space was great.
Sound isolation is poor, we could hear all of our neighbours (especially the ones above us who liked to move furniture around at midnight). Front door had to be locked every time you go out/in and it was hard to open when some other guests didn't lock it properly. Also you only get one key so you have to go together or lock your family in the building. Wi-fi mostly didn't work and tv only had german chanells. Air conditioning is 5€ a day but we didn't use it so can't say does it work properly. Nearest proper beach is 15-20min walk away which was pretty far to walk with toddler.

Over priced!
Nice large balcony and well laid out apartment !
Although it is not clearly indicated on booking.com you will be required to pay an extra 5 euro a day for the air-conditioning. In the images you see water in front of the apartment. You are unable to swim in this area as it is shallow and weedy. The rooms are poorly soundproofed we spent a week hearing children constantly running around. No microwave. Satellite TV not functioning and WiFi intermittent.

Docela moderní, čistý apartmán, vhodný spíše na krátkodobý pobyt, na delší dobu docela malé. Bydleli jsme 3 lidi na 12 dní a prostor nebyl úplně komfortní. Parkování u domu, i v kryté v otevřené garáži pod domem.
Malý prostor pro 3 lidi na delší dobu (ve 2 lidech asi dostačující), malá kuchyň (malý dřez i malý prostor na přípravu jídla). Ve sprchovém koutu neodtékala voda (ucpaný odtok). Ubytování uvádí 100 m na pláž, což není pravda. Je to 100m k moři (k zátoce s loďkama), kde ale žádná normální pláž není. Pláž je od apartmánu více než 1 km (Plaža Bijeca).
