Great view, nice apartment, less than average host.
Stuning view. 5m from the beach. Regular cooking stuff, didn't feel like anything was missing.
Host was unresponsive: She didn't answer any messages from me, besides the one about payment. We had 2 or 3 small wishes, late checkout, extra table. It was basically ignored. Furthermore, after cooking at night with lights on in the loft kitchen apartment, the bulb exploded and the electricity turned off.

Communication with the host was diabolical. I received a message upon booking asking for arrival time, and then one upon landing regarding location of key and then nothing.
I had visited Petrovac 3 months prior, and enjoyed it so much, I wanted to come back again but stay somewhere different - at this apartment - mainly for the balcony view and the self-catering option. Unfortunately, on the second day, while cooking breakfast on the hob, the dishwasher (which I never used during my stay) and a plug behind the television (which I never watched during my stay) sparked/caught on fire and tripped the electric out of the whole apartment, which also smelt terrible for the rest of the stay.
I sent multiple messages to the host, with no reply, and the number provided is out of service. I sent all evidence to Booking.com customer service, who were very helpful, but also could not make contact with the host, so I was stranded at the apartment with no power for 24 hours, before my departing flight home.
Sofa is broken and dirty and floors left socks black. Outdoor furniture is cheaper, plastic version than shown in the photos and no kettle (however Turkish jug version available), or tea/coffee provided - which would have been a nice gesture for late arrivals like my own.
It was such a shame and tainted my trip I saved the finances for. Host did not even confirm payment or where to leave key upon departure, so I took it upon myself to complete. I urge anyone looking for a trip, to stay elsewhere. I recommend Marco Polo on the promenade. It is beautiful and the host and family cannot do enough for you and check in constantly. I deducted 1 day from my final payment for this poor service and dangerous situation I was placed in, and I think even that was generous.

Petrovac is one of the best towns on the Montenegrin coast.
The owner is very kind and responsive.
The preparation of the apartment could have been more thorough. It would be great if the apartment had a set of basic hygiene products and household chemicals.
There is no lift in the building, so it would be hard to live on the last floors with small kids.

Place is nice, but communication was terrible.
We spent 9 days in september in this apartment, unit for two was located on the ground floor. We pretty much had everything we needed for a comfort stay - comfortable bed, enought towels and bed sheets, completely eqiuped modern kitchen and bathroom with enuogh hot water at any time.
Not being able to get in contact with owners/hosts when we arrived in Petrovac was realy bad experience, since we had to wait for 7 hours in 35 degrees in summer for them to respond, with our baggage. Regarding hygene - all in all place was generally clean, besides some dust in bedroom and really sharp smell from bathroom.
We also had realy bad experience becouse of the quests in apartment above us, we heard rant and screams every single day and night from that flat which was upsetting since it lasted for days.

Scam, don’t book there!

This is a scam. Booked the apartment and traveled there but there was nobody at the apartment and the phone is off. no reaction to messages thorough booking.com as well. Was told by Booking.com that I have to keep contacting the owner to ask for a free cancellation ?! I shouldn’t have to worry about paying for an apartment I couldn’t use and should actually receive a compensation for the hassle and not be bothered any further :(.

Poorly managed property with flooding issues
Location of the apartment was good but Petrovac is small town so pretty any building have good connection to major needs - beach, restaurants, stores etc. Interior of the property was as described.
Check in was unexpected in a way that there was no one at premises when we have arrived and I said to Booking contact by the phone that I will go to the beach with family, so we will enter apartments later that day when we finish resting on sea side. Apartment owner called hour or two afterwards and I needed to go right away to take the keys so beach time was shorter for me then I planned. Payment was requested right away on check in.
Larger issue then check in was flood into apartment because Petrovac was rainy during stay. Water from front door entered in premises so we needed to use all towels to dry floor. Apartment owner offered to bring new towels next day but that never happened.
Everything could be managed in much better manner.

Zero communication with the host prior to our arrival. Host didn't replay to our messages or any of our calls but arrived on time and gave us the apartment key.

Staff unreesponsive, the apartment is great
The apartment is comfortable, clean, close to the beach and affordable.
The person in charge of taking care of guests was irresponsible, hard to get a hold of, unresponsive to messages before and during the stay.
I forgot a pair of jeans and a shirt over there, she never responded to my message. She hasn't responded in timely manner during the whole stay. Too bad, the apartment is great and good value for money.

Great place to stay
Хорошие апартаменты на четвёртом этаже, причём лифта нет, а потолки достаточно высокие, а лестница достаточно крутая.
Найти апартаменты было не очень просто. Поскольку на booking домик представлен с красно-коричневой отделкой, а на деле она тёмно-коричневая, а парковка и вход в апартаменты находятся на другой улице (не на той, что указана на booking), то есть находится выше, если объехать церковь и проехать чуть-чуть дальше.
Списаться с хозяйкой по WhatsApp не составило труда, и она нас ждала, сидя на ступеньках крыльца снятого нами жилья.
В лофте (у нас был правый лофт с бежевым а не с серым диваном) есть достаточно большой балкон с шикарным видом на море и остров с часовней, но не предусмотрено никакой защиты от солнца. В соседнем лофте на балконе был большой зонт от солнца, а в нашем лофте зонта не было. Солнце на балконе было практически весь день, поэтому мы не могли принимать пищу на балконе. Нам пришлось убрать из зала достаточно тяжёлый журнальный столик и перенести в зал всю мебель с балкона (естественно, перед отъездом мы всё вернули на свои места). Зато бельё на балконе сохло моментально (в апартаментах предоставляется сушилка для развешивания белья).
Достаточно большой холодильник, современная плита с духовкой, электрический чайник, тостер. Есть посудомоечная машина. Посуда в расчёте на шесть человек достаточно, но ничего лишнего сверх этого. Мне, например, очень не хватало дуршлака.
Средство для мытья посуды а также таблетки для посудомоечной машины нам предоставили, также видимо от предыдущих жильцов оставалось немного муки и макаронов.
В данном лофте могут спокойно разместиться 5 взрослых и ребёнок до 3 лет и ещё один ребёнок, если договоритесь с хозяйкой предоставить дополнительное белье.
Нас было шестеро. Предполагалось, что два человека будут спать на диване. Но когда мы стали разбирать диван, обнаружилось, что его выдвижная часть сломана.
Сломанный диван. Такой балкон не нужен, если нет зонтика на нём, так как солнце нещадно палит. В лофте не было косметических средств и стирального порошка, минимум туалетной бумаги, нам не хватило одеял.

Нам понравилось все! Отличный хозяин. Очень приятный и отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Помог нам с машиной, когда сдулось колесо. Номер чистый, с двумя сплитсистемами, что спасает в жару, хороший холодильник и оснащение кухни. Нам все пригодилось. Магазин Voli в шаговой доступности. Море тоже. Отдых прошел отлично.

Все понравилось! Стиральная машина, холодильник, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, все работает отлично! Посудомоечная машина не работала , но нас это не беспокоило ! Хозяева очень доброжелательные и вежливые !!!Локация хорошая, + парковка супер! Рядом рынок и магазины и пляж в 5 мин пешком ! Можно по ступенькам, можно по дороге спуститься к морю ! Обратно в подъем , но для здоровья пройтись просто супер!!👍👍👍👋

U apartmanu postoji kompletno sve za život, svi aparati, posuđe, mašina za veš i sudove...
Komunikacija sa vlasnicima je očajna. Danima pre puta se niko nije javljao. Ni pri odlasku se niko nije javljao da nam kaže gde da se ostavi ključ.... Da je nešto trebalo bio bi problem
