About this house rental
Great location in the Cottonwood Crossing residential community in Gilbert off of Greenfield and Warner. This home features a split floor-plan, is fully furnished and right next to the secluded community park with easy access to the water canal for walking or biking. Close to all kinds of shopping centers including San Tan Village Mall. remodel in 2020 and looks great. no pics yet. Furnishings include washer, dryer, and 58 inch HD TV. Smaller appliances, Wifi, water, and electric included. Ask for the 'special offer' if you are booking over 60 days. Hope to hear from you soon :)

This place was perfect for my wife and I to crash after spending the day with our grown children and their new baby. Beautiful interior,nice and cool, good beds and coffee, and a great place to unwind. The host was attentive and we had no problems getting. We will keep this place in mind when we visit our children again.

The host and home was very accommodating. I felt very at home. There was comfort, all the necessary equipment for daily comfort, tvs, washer dryer, dishwasher, (fully equipped kitchen) large back yard, nearby park, Planet Fitness was down the street and Ethan gave us a guest pass. Plenty to see and do. I took my great grandchildren to Fat Cats for a day of fun and utilized the park.
