About this apartment rental
Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.
At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.
Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa avec piscine, cadre somptueux avec piscine et vue sur les vignes, hôte accueillant et disponible, qui donne volontiers des conseils aux voyageurs et communique ses adresses de bons restaurants !

Bello ma con qualche miglioria da apportare. La pulizia è eccellente. La location è molto bella e curata: la piscina e i giardini sono ben tenuti e anche la casa sia all’interno sia all’esterno è ben curata.La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. La cucina è ampia e ben attrezzata. La piscina è grande, pulita e ben attrezzata.la vicinanza alla strada fa si che il passaggio delle macchine di notte disturbi il sonno e renda le camere da letto molto rumorose. Inoltre sarebbe opportuno cambiare materassi e reti dei letti. I bagni sono ampi, puliti e ben tenuti. Unica cosa che non ho trovato e mi sento di suggerire è di prevedere la presenza del phon. I dintorni sono molto belli, a partire da Certaldo che dista solo pochi km dalla villa. Il signor Enzo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha anche dato diversi consigli, in particolare sui ristoranti in zona

Nous avons passé dexcellentes vacances en famille à Casa Rossa, le cadre est magnifique, le site bien entretenu avec une très belle piscine qui donne sur les vignes et les oliviers, paysage dont on ne lassait pas...juste petit bémol : parfois le bruit des voitures qui passent sur la route en bordure de propriété mais rien de bien dérangeant.
