Der Blick auf La Concha ist absolut atemberaubend! Die Lage ist top – alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großes Plus sind auch die moderne Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine.
Das Apartment ist insgesamt etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem die Tapete, der Wasserhahn in der Küche und das Türschloss müssten mal gemacht werden.
