1st room: 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe with four doors and dresser;
2nd room: 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe with two doors and two nightstands;
Over 1 sofa bed in the living room, ideal for two children for a total of 6 beds;
- no 2 bathrooms one in the living area with shower and one in the sleeping area complete with washing machine;
- very large kitchen complete with fridge, induction kitchen, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and television;
- rear veranda with external shower;
The apartment is:
- complete with new pots and dishes;
- provided with potable water supplied directly from the Puglia aqueduct;
- complete with free beach equipment such as umbrella, chairs and so on.
- Electricity and water are included in the price.
- Extraordinary cleanings will be made to protect the users at each change of tenant.

Posizione ideale per visitare la zona e ben posizionata per soggiornare a Porto Cesareo. Unica pecca l’eccessiva umidità dell’appartamento certamente dovuta alla vicinanza al mare. Comunque la mia valutazione è positiva. Grazie

Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione super attrezzato con tutto quello che si può desiderare, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, frigo freezer, forno e forno microonde, piano cottura a induzione, TV. Due bagni con doccia e terza doccia esterna comoda e piacevole al rientro dalla spiaggia. A due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti dal centro. Comodo a supermarket e negozi, bar e ristoranti ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos. Lo consiglierei senz'altro è lo terrò presente per future vacanze in Salento. Nota importante, la cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario.
