About this house rental
This house is located in an agricultural estate behind the splendid Sella & Mosque vineyards, 8 km from the airport and Alghero.
The house and 'very cozy and spacious. A large living room houses the kitchen, the dining area and the living room; a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. For a total of 3 beds (available on request cot and high chair).
A 4 km away is a small country, Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. Alghero and its beaches are within 15 minutes. The peripheral position promotes fluid movements avoiding the traffic out of the city, especially in high season. And 'essential to have a car. If you want to enjoy the relaxing holiday this is the place for you.
At guests' disposal and shared with each other, the use of the pool, 6m x 12m, tennis court (racquets available).
For wine lovers, you can make tours and tastings in the neighboring cellar of Sella & Mosca. Or, sample the wine of our small production!

De ruime woning heeft een huiselijke, gezellige uitstraling met een heerlijk groot terras. De woning is o.a. voorzien van een airco en een wasmachine. Irene is erg behulpzaan om het de gast naar de zin te maken. Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Het bezoek van haar honden heeft de sfeer en gezelligheid verhoogd.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die rustikale Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Garten um das Häuschen spendete Ruhe und Schatten. Im Pool konnte man sich erfrischen und ein Sonnenbad gönnen. Unsere beiden Hunde hatten viel Platz für Erkundigungen.

Bonjour, cette location est en tous points idéale. Sa surface, son calme, ses équipements, sa piscine, sa terrasse et sa situation près d'ALGHERO. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, un accueil sympathique et disponible à souhait. Nous ne prenons aucun risque à le conseiller.
