Summary:
Luxury 5 bedroom villa located in Ferragudo with stunning ocean views, walking distance to the beach and Ferragudo main square, bars and restaurants, but still maintaining a level of calm and privacy. The villa is finished to a high standard, large living areas and fully air-conditioned throughout.
The Space:

The property is fenced and secure with a good-sized garden to relax and sunbathe.
Finished to a high standard, large living areas and fully air-conditioned throughout.
From the entrance hall, you walk into the large dining room. There is a stunning separate lounge with ample seating. This opens onto the pool (heating available upon request at €300 per week) and garden area with ocean views, a totally relaxed feeling!
The fitted kitchen with double fridge/freezers, and all the modern facilities that one would expect from a luxury property.
On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor, there are two further bedrooms.
One master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
The first-floor terrace offered stunning views of the sea and Monchique.
External steps from the 1st floor lead down back to the garden area and patio.
The outside dining area is conveniently located near the kitchen, barbecue, lounge, and pool.
In the basement is a fun area with a ping pong table and basketball.
Ferragudo is located just 5 minutes from Carvoeiro & Portimao. It has recently become one of the most fashionable holiday resorts on the Algarve and it’s easy to see why. It still retains that original fishing village charm, with one of the most picturesque harbours on the coast and only minutes away from some of the finest beaches in Portugal.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
Guest Access:
Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.

Villa was lovely. Sofia couldn't have been more helpful.
Outside area of villa is very large, my mistake when booking villa I didn't realise pool was unheated, which would be great in summer months but too cold to use at end of October. The local beaches are amazing and the sea great. Local restaurants are amazing especially for fresh fish.
Our only downside to holiday was nearly16 hours without hot water as gas had run out, with 10 people in villa this did cause problems.
We would book villa again in summer months.

This villa is huge, with lots of outdoor space and a lovely private pool. It is a 15 minute walk two two local beaches, both with restaurants and there are two other restaurants within walking distance. Ferragudo centre is a 30 minute walk , without children in tow. There are a few small supermarkets in Ferragudo, but to stock up on food and drinks, you will need to get a Taxi to Lidl.

Far enough away from it all but close enough to the beach & town
Would defiantly return . Beautiful beaches & eateries on your door step .
The bedrooms are very spacious & bright great wardrobe space !
Home from home , very Private , plenty of space for two families .
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday thank you .
Uber taxis to the supermarket or if you get tired out about €3-6 I’d suggest car hire if staying longer than week but we managed with taxis . Literally next door is lovely place to eat .. freshly cooked in front of you was delicious ! Indian & pizza minutes walk the piano was in lovely garden setting !
There are some amazing costal walks on your door step from one beach to the next beach , absolutely stunning .
Fabulous bakery just 5 minutes drive .
The local town had delightful square with many nice restaurants .
Each beach has a bar or food available .
Highly recommend ticks many boxes !
