We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and the beds were good, the pillows were quite flat though. The couch was not very comfy for the 4 of us while watching tv. The dining space was also very small, it was quite difficult to be 4 people around it, and we have to small kids and we are two, I would say thin, adults. We could have used a vacuum cleaner, it would be much easier to get rid of the sand, you bring home with you after being at the beach. The broom was very dirty and should be changed. The extractor hood was not good either. But we enjoyed our stay and will gladly book it again.

Location - not in the center, but in the calmer residential area, ristorante jist next door, great gelateria in just 3 minutes from the apartment, close to the beach (7 mins). Sun bed and umbrella on the beach number 6 incl. in the room price. Pool - comfortable, opening hours apply (from 9 am till 1 pm, from 3.30pm till 8 pm)
The bed wad not comfortable, the same applies to the pillows, linen not included in the room price.

Der Pool man kann nach dem Meerwasser noch mehre Bahnen ziehen . Die Lage der Wohnanlage nur 25 Schritte zum Sandstrand, 50 Schritte nach links zum Lebensmittel-Händler oder auch den Restaurants. Top Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Sehr gutes Essen in der nähe 15 Schritte zum Lokal - Riviera ist auf dem Weg zum Strand . 2 Personen Familengeführter Betrieb top .
Kein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück für uns. Strafzettel 29,40Euero bekommen. Man kann wenn man will Parkplatzfläche schaffen!!! Für 4 Personen viel zu Klein für 3 Personen viel zu klein. 2 Personen geht ,kein Satellit Fernsehen ÖRF?, keine Waschmaschine vor Ort oder im Haus ,Waschsalon kosten 5 Euro in Pineta , Fliegengitter fehlt vor allen Fensteröffnungen, Schnakenstiche unbegrenzt Anzahl am ganzen Körper. Abdichtung an Wohnungstür unten am Boden Fehlt! Schnaken kommen über den Flur in die Wohnung .Schlafcouch nicht gut zum Sitzen geeignet.( Rücken weh) Wäscheständer verrostet auswechseln (erneuern) .Lidl-Italia hat Angebote zum Top Preis. Parkplatzfläche auf Grundstück schaffen für die Ferienwohnungen. Toplader-Waschmaschine Platz schaffen, im Haus ganz oben unter dem Dach. Filz an den Stuhlbeine anbringen ( ist Leiser beim Verrücken des Stuhls) Es wahr schön bei euch in Lignano Riviera
