In all our travels round europe for 6 weeks (inc 3 in our own apartment) this was the nicest. The balcony with sea view was huge. Very pet friendly - could take dog on beach, lovely host - wished we had stayed longer. Area just sea and sand with a nice reasonably priced lido restaurant/bar two minutes walk away. Would 100% go back. Be aware there isn't any supermarkets think the nearest was 5 miles away.
Finding it was a bit confusing due to road works.

Posizione vicinissima al mare.
Ottimo il servizio colazione che non tutti i residence offrono.
Comodo ascensore per salire alle camere.
Ottima convenzione con Lido il Sole e con Lido Sirene raggiungibili comodamente a piedi.
Piscina tenuta bene ombreggiata e con tanti lettini e sdrai.
Parcheggio interno
Gestori gentilissimi e a disposizione.
Bisognerebbe ristrutturare un po', magari una tinteggiatura fuori e dentro.
Vicinanza alla ferrovia.
