Die Lage.
Das Schlafsofa ist unbequem, riecht schon etwas „veraltet“ und die aufgeführten Kontaktpersonen sind bei telefonischen Nachfragen direkt unfreundlich.
Ebenfalls war das bereits vorhandene Geschirr noch dreckig.

Das kleine Apartment im Haus Baltic liegt zentral und hat einen kleinen Balkon zu einer Nebenstraße. Gegenüber des Haus Baltic ist ein unbefestigter Parkplatz, auf dem man ab ca. 18 Uhr (Strandbesucher reisen ab) einen Parkplatz für 10,- EUR / Tag (Stand August 2025, EC-Karte oder bar) findet. Die Wohnung und deren Küche ist mit allem wesentlichen und notwendigen ausgestattet. In den zwei Nächten sind wir nicht durch Lärm gestört worden, trotzdem eine Kopfsteinpflasterstraße vorbei führt. Wichtig: die Wohnung hat kein Bett sondern eine tatsächlich stabile Schlafcouch mit guter Matratze (140cm).
Die für die Wohnung große Fensterfront zum Balkon kann nicht ausreichend verdunkelt werden (Lamellenjalousie, keine blickdichten Gardinen)

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, nicht weit vom Centrum+Balkon (Frühstück) + Fahrstuhl 😃
Ausstattung der Wohnung war nicht Zeitgerecht und in die Jahre gekommen.
Kein Parkplatz auf dem Hof oder in der Tiefgarage, sodass Zusatzkosten von tgl. 23€ dazu kamen.
