The house is a small cabin on the owner's property in a very quiet neighbourhood, but only a 10 -15 min walk to the beach. There are a lot of dogs but they didn't bark at night. Air conditioning works well, but it doesn't get very hot in Piriaopolis so it's nice to sleep. Shower is good with hot water. The kitchen has enough to make an easy meal, but a coffee maker would be nice. Wifi is very good.
For the price we expected more maintenence and updates to the house. It is very expensive for what you get compared to the rest of the country, but for some reason Piraopolis and area are ridiculously expensive.
