The view and balcony
A very long check list you have to go through. Silly ones like a skylight and cover! Garage squishy so wouldn’t be suitable for a large car, we had Ford focus that fitted snuggly.

A very comfortable apartment about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Morzine.
Well equipped kitchen, laundry facilites, and very clean.
A short climb from the property gets you straight onto a piste down to the Pleney uplift.
We stayed as a couple in this apertment for 6 - there are bunk beds for 2 kids, but any more guests would need to use the sofa - bed - it would certainly be cosy!
The lounge area only has a sofa for 2, so a larger group would need to "lounge" on the floor or kitchen chairs. The sofa also has an annoying inbuilt wooden shelf to hit your head against.
