Location: South-eastern Sardinia. Costa Rei
Villa facing the sea located in an elegant condominium with large common green space. The villa (90 sq m, sleeps 6), with comfortable furnishings, is surrounded by an independent 400 sq m garden with a small and fresh private pine forest. Large living room with fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single beds. Double bathrooms with tub. Covered veranda. Outdoor shower. Barbecue, outdoor dining area surrounded by greenery.
Distance from the beach 20 m.
Equipped with washing machine, satellite TV, fridge with large freezer (3 caassetti) 300 lt, electric oven, microwave oven, water reserve (500 lt) with autoclave, private reserved parking, usable communal garden.
The villa is located a short distance from the Costa Rei shopping center where there are newsagents, tobacconists, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, playground and various shops.

Best best best thing about this accommodation was location to the beach (minutes to walk) but it gets very busy. The accommodation was spotlessly clean but very old and tired in need of modernisation. Grounds little unkept. Parking 3-5 mins walk away in a carpark on the main road. Food shops short 5-10 mins walk. Busyish Bustling resort with few good restaurants repetitive after awhile and the wait for food was ridiculous in all of them but it is August. Villasimius very busy resort half hour in the car but definitely worthwhile. Cagliari is about 1 hour in the car again worth a visit. Waterpark was average... 30min away. With all this said we had a lovely time here and the accomodation had a rustic charm to it with owners who wanted to please we even hired a boat from Villasimius.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The house is situated right on the beach and has everything a family needs for a great holiday. The rooms are well furnished and the house is very comfortable. There are net screens on the windows which keeps the bugs out and allows the sea breeze to cool the house even on the hottest days. The restaurants and supermarkets are a very short walk from the house, there is a nice bakery and an ice cream shop also very close.
Marcella is a wonderful host, she replies to any queries, questions or requests immediately and it all results in a wonderful holiday.

La posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, è sicuramente il motivo principale per la scelta di questa abitazione.
Gli spazi sia interni che esterni sono abbastanza ampi ed in sei persone ci si vive comodamente.
La casa è fornita di tutto. Unica pecca l'arredamento un po' datato e i bagni da rivedere.
