Very friendly staff, comfortable room, right in the heart of town!
The water dispenser had funny tasting water, wasn't a huge deal we just bought water from 7/11

Close to the beach!
Aircon not enough to ventilate the room in the middle of the day.

Great location centered in Moalboal, good A/C
Our bathroom smelled quite bad, we guess because the kitchen was right next to it and this affected our room. Also it was not that large compared to many other places we have stayed for less.

Central location.
Room claustrophobic and breathless when AC isn’t on.
AC noisy, sounds like a washing machine on fast spin.
No natural light, window overlooked alley.
Bathroom. Drains smelly
Very noisy early and late in the day/night.
Construction work noise from adjacent property.
Cafe food basic and bland.
Hospitality poor.
