Demargia Villa C - Loft Apartment in Zakynthos Town

The location of the apartment is great. Just 5 minutes walk to the lively city centre, but quiet and less touristic. Supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bank, shops very close. Very nice welcome in the fresh air conditioned apartment: 2 bottles of red and white local wine, fresh fruit juice, water and fruits really appreciated on a very hot day! Apartment at the first floor (outside stairs) with a very nice terrace, fully equipped and clean. Cleaning service and sheets/towels change in the middle of our stay. Property managers super efficient in providing help and suggestions before and during the stay.

Suggestions for improvement: Some pieces of cutlery and accessories of the house were rusted. This is certainly due to the high humidity on the island: please change them more frequently. Bad smelt in the bathroom, certainly due to the island's old sewage system: please try to fix the problem someway.

I liked the service from the host. Even though we arrived very late at 11pm , we were made to feel welcomed and everything was ready. Clean, cute apartment in a great location.

Nothing. Everything was good.
