Not reasonable stay

The apartment is equipped with many useful stuff in the kitchen, etc.

The location of the apartment is next to four! restaurants. All the bad smell of fried fish and so is in the flat all the time. All the ventilation from the kitchen is right under windows. There is no air conditioner inside nor even simple fan. You have to choose, to breathe annoying stench from restaurants from early morning to the late evening or to suffocate. There is also tons of seagulls screaming 24/7. It is very difficult to find reasonable parking place. There are actually two quite overpriced around for 11-12€/day. The parking in the streets nearby is forbidden. The last very complicated thing is: you have to pick up and bring back keys from the office located 2 km away (30 min. walking). The owner has no secure box installed nearby and has no willing to do so. To sum-up, it is nice location close to the beach but in fact there is no reasonable reason to choose this apartment.

So-so apt steps from beach

Kitchen appliances are brand new. Location is just a few steps from the beach, although that also means that it is a very busy street. Maintenance guy was knocking only 30 min after we call them. We were given a sample of local canned products as a welcome gift.

We were caught in the middle of a dispute between neighbors on a water leakage. That meant we did not have water the first two nights. We had to call maintenance from the Jantar office and make them talk to the neighbor. The building is clearly old but the apartment has been renovated. They just missed testing. You have to go far away to get the key for an apartment that is supposedly close. That's annoying in a city where public transportation is essentially non-existent.
