Blisko do bulwaru i do centrum Omis. Blisko do sklepu, piekarni, restauracji oraz kawiarni. Dobre WiFi, nowocześnie urządzone. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Do apartamentu przylega kawiarnia więc od 8 do 23 słychać w apartamencie delikatnie muzykę. Żeby skorzystać z tarasu który również sąsiaduje bezpośrednio z kawiarnią trzeba wyjść z pokoju / brakowało bezpośredniego wyjścia. Suszarka również była na tym tarasie wiec malo komfortowo było wywieszanie bielizny czy osobistych rzeczy gdzie przechodzi sporo osób. Brak intymności. Okna i wyjście z pokoju jest bezpośrednio na parking i pod oknami przechodzą ludzie wchodzący do bloku mieszkalnego. Niema więc możliwości podziwiać widoki z okna bo każdy kto przechodzi zagląda do środka. Mimo wentylatora w łazience był nie wydolny żeby wyciągnąć wilgoć. Przestrzeń pokoju gdyby była połączona z lokalem obok gdzie jest kosmetyka wówczas miał bezpośrednio kontakt z tarasem a także dałoby korzystniejszą przestrzeń. Cena tylko adekwatna do lokalizacji w Omis bo w centrum i szczytu sezonu.
