This is Garroveret, a cozy country house located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Campanet, with breathtaking views of the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. It is just a 15-minute drive from the fine white-sand beaches of Alcudia Bay and Pollensa Bay.
The property features a bright living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, ideal for families or couples. It offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and a fully equipped bathroom. The living room is fitted with air conditioning (hot/cold), ensuring comfort all year round (Air conditioning extra according consumption: €0.25 / kWh).
One of the highlights is the 30 m² glass-enclosed porch, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding landscape.

We had 10 wonderful days, with good weather also.
Everything was clean, spotless, very nice. Hot water was a bid unstable, not able to get a steady stream of hot water in the shower.
The location is a bid close to the highway, and it is actually more noisy than you could expect (no houses or trees to block the sound), so if you seek silence it could be an issue. If you are use to traffic noise, you would probably not notice it. There are dogs barking a night, so again it could be a problem for some - or you could just bring earplugs, its just how it is there.
Apart from that it was great, no problems at all and a very nice and friendly owner we met a couple of times.
Advice: when you arrive, drive to Campanet and then to the house, so you approach from the north. If you come from the airport, google maps will choose a very long very very narrow road to the house from the south, don't use that!
Very recommendable. We would love to visit again another time.

Absolutely loved the location out in the country, where we woke up to farm animal sounds instead of traffic. Enjoyed having coffee on the sunny patio and lounging by the pool. We felt safe and secure with the big gate!If you are a cyclist be aware there is a 1/4 mile gravel road to get to the pavement, not that it is a huge problem. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable.

Ruhiger Finca Urlaub. Leider ein Moskitonetz, noch verstärkt durch angelegten Deich. Innen: Ausstattung von Oma übernommen. Überall Gerümpel, in Schränken, in der Küchenausstattung. Schade.
