The views and space

Dishwasher didn’t clean properly, left salt on dishes. Sofa didn’t look clean as and corners of shower could have been cleaner (but shower was clean) these are things noticed but not a problem as overall it was delightful.

Fabulous accommodation, lovely to sit on the sofas and look out over the marina at the boats. Enjoyed watching the swans and 4 signets on the river. Easy walk into town or by the river. .

Derby's Loft is a perfect stay, beautiful furnished, and in an amazing location. Already booked again for next year.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The outlook was good and it's well located.

Difficult to contact the owner for access details to the property. Bed uncomfortable and the bottom sheet doesn't fit so it keeps coming off. Only a 4.5 tog duvet when nighttime temperature dropped to 1 degree. I found a knitted blanket but that has a big hole. The shower tray is broken and black around the edges. No instructions for kitchen equipment nor what to do with the rubbish. TV remote missing from the single bedroom. There's no washing up bowl and the plug doesn't fit the sink. It's a noisy location. There's a lot of road noise.
