Fair place to stay in Kallithea

The rooms belongs to a family. Nice polite people, willing to provide help when needed.

They gave us different room than the reserved one and then said they did it for our best, but i think this was just an excuse. The room was inferior and not renovated, as the one booked

I liked the balcony and the fact that was closed to the center and to the beach.

They gave me the impression that they weren't prepared to welcome guests: no trash bin at the kitchen, no cutlery (especially knifes), the floor was dirty even they washed it with 15 minutes before our arrival (as they said). They don't have a microwave and the bathroom is super small. Also the bedroom is small.

Ok for the price but we wouldn't choose it again.

The location was amazing, and we could easily find parking. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

There wasn't hot water on any of the two days that we stayed there..!!!! Also the room we stayed in had a glass door without shaders, so for us (we slept early in the morning) it was too bright in the room so we couldn't sleep.

Extremely disappointing!

Even though the owner called ahead of our stay (the day of) to confirm, we later found out that the property was probably overbooked and we were placed in a near by property without asking for our approval or letting us know we would stay at a different property. Although the other property was okay, it was nothing like the one we had booked. We booked a room for three people, with THREE BEDS, a kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and air-conditioning in the area we would sleep in. We ended up in an apartment with air-conditioning only in the living area, and in the bedroom we didn’t even have a fan. The living area was furnished with very very old furniture that we were afraid to use in case they broke. There was only one bed and the third person had to sleep in a small couch that was small and uncomfortable. We were asked to not lock the door and not keep the keys on the door which was strange. In the bathroom and the soaps and shampoos were used and we had to purchase new ones. One of the sheets was stained with light red splatters. When were called about our check-out and we confirmed we would check-out at the agreed upon time the owner said that we seamed pretty clean and that they would only have to change the sheets and nothing else. It definitely was not worth the money we paid for it. Παρόλο που ο ιδιοκτήτης μας κάλεσε πριν την άφιξή μας (την ίδια μέρα) για να επιβεβαιώσει, αργότερα ανακαλύψαμε ότι πιθανότατα το κατάλυμα ήταν υπεράριθμο και μας τοποθέτησαν σε κοντινό κατάλυμα χωρίς να ζητήσουν την έγκρισή μας ή να μας ενημερώσουν ότι θα μείνουμε σε διαφορετικό χώρο. Αν και το άλλο κατάλυμα ήταν εντάξει, δεν είχε καμία σχέση με αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει. Κλείσαμε δωμάτιο για τρία άτομα, με ΤΡΙΑ ΚΡΕΒΑΤΙΑ, κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο και κλιματισμό στον χώρο όπου θα κοιμόμασταν. Καταλήξαμε σε ένα διαμέρισμα με κλιματισμό μόνο στο σαλόνι, και στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε ανεμιστήρας.

Myslím si že pre študentov vzhľadom k hluku je to ideálne.

Je to skôr pre študentov ako pre rodinu s dieťaťom, páčilo sa nám prístup pani ako nás uvítala a snažila sa vyjsť v ústrety

Diery v stene, žiadna polička na odloženie veci v kúpeľni - museli sme mat veci poukladané na záchode, strašne maly priestor na sprchovanie, jedna skrina bez poličiek no a vybavenie kuchyne taká že sme si museli kúpiť plastový riad, a ešte trčal elektricky kábel zo steny…
