Central Sea View is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from very good restaurants, 10 mins walk to a beach and 10 minutes walk to Forum Madeira where there is a supermarket and many shops. It has a lovely view from the balcony and is a well equipped spacious and clean property with comfortable beds. It’s only 5 minutes walk from a bus stop with frequent buses to the centre of Funchal. Bus tickets can be bought cheaply via a card at 1.45 Euros each bus ride from the newsagent in Forum Madeira next to Pinga Doce supermarket.
We couldn’t get the key to work to enter the apartment block. We had to enter the apartment block through the garage and then take the lift to the second floor. Philippa, who met us with the keys, said that she would report this to the office.

Perfekte Lage, Ausstattung sehr gut, Parkplatz in Garage vorhanden, etwas mühsam das Fahrzeug abzustellen (geschuldet dem Platzbedarf/Lage Madeira.
nur 1 Haustürschlüssel für mehrere Personen, die Haustür war nur mir viel Fingerspitzengefühl und vielen Versuchen zu öffnen, dadurch sind wir immer durch die Garage gegangen.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Grosszügige Wohnung mit grossem Balkon, schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Da passt nur ein kleines Auto (z.B.Seat Ibiza) rein. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.
Nachts ist es ruhig in der Gegend. Gegen Morgen Verkehrslärm.
