Many ants

The staff assigned to us is hard to find., even when we called him thru phone but he did not reply. We asked for mineral water he did not gave us. We only saw him once, when we arrived and since then we never saw him.

Conveniently located near the shipping centre where you can pretty much get everything you need. People of Puerto Princesa from our previous and current trips have always been very nice.

The smell of the rooms, from dead decomposing rat smell to sewer smell. We changed rooms which was lucky, no smell there, but as the ac kept working there still was a slight smell which was bearable. Bed covers and towels did not smell too good. The person Choy who assisted us was very good but the actual contact was not really responsive which made our stay stressful especially after I requested a refund as I could no longer stand the smell and my daughter who has asthma was struggling. I ended up getting Choy’s number to help us as he was the only one that assisted us. The place had everything you needed if you wanted to cook etc… couldn’t really use the first floor area as it had no ac. I would not stay here again.

The property was huge. We had all the space we needed for our big family. It was also very near SM, so it was easy to hail tricycles.

There was a bad smell that prevailed over the whole unit (unit 6). It was like the plumbing exhaust pipe opened into the unit. We had to keep the doors of the rooms open so that the smell would dissipate.
