Stylish and spacious by Cooee Apartments

A bright 1-bedroom apartment near Saxon Garden (Ogrod Saski). 5th floor (with elevator). Door codes. No keys needed. Communication with hosts in-app is adequate, friendly and swift. Spacious living room with sofabed and A/C-unit. Ample storage space. Fast WiFi (300/50Mbps), Smart-TV with digital TV. Kitchen comes well-equiped. Laundry machine available. Complimentary coffee cups, tea, sugar, salt/pepper and oil. Kitchen towels, cleaning products and detergents provided. Bathroom with bathtub. Strong water flow. Almost instant hot water. Bedroom is compact, but suitable for a couple. No A/C-unit, but additional fan provided. Apartment is on the quiet side of the building. Away from the street noise. Also only little noise from neighboring apartments. About 20 minutes walk to Old Town. Close to public transport (bus, tram and metro). Bus #106 stops in front of the apartment building. Several bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The apartment's decoration is a bit dated (late 1990s/early 2000s). Some fixtures (e.g. scraping bedroom door, missing drain stop in bathroom sink) and lights need repair or replacement. A/C-unit only in living room. The bedroom can get warm and sweaty, if the door is closed. Though an additional fan is provided. N.B. do check, if sliding windows on the balcony are opened, so the outside A/C-unit can vent its hot air. This improves cooling capacity substantially. Room darkening curtains both in bedroom and living room, but no blackout blinds. Provided towels are new, but need a first laundry cycle to better dry you off.

The property was much bigger than we expected which was great - perfect location, just 10 mins walk to the main square. Spacious and light and air conditioning which was needed when we stayed. Fully equipped, everything you need and more. Spotlessly clean and slept like a baby! Couple of local mini markets close by for the essentials. Property hosts were really responsive too.

Nothing it was fab!

THEY are amzing. They cared about our arrival and even called us on our phone to make sure that we received our code. it was so precious for us. they did above and beyond and found my hat after my leaving and sent it to my next hotel in Karakoy. very responsible people. best loaction and best service.

Very small space. Pictures showed a larger place. Good location though.
