For sure will be back.

L'accueil (gentillesse, informations détaillées pour l'accès à l'appartement, boissons fraîches au réfrigérateur) et la disponibilité de la gérante. Propreté et tous les équipements fonctionnels. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Belle situation (moins de 50m de la mer) et nombreux commerces (restaurants, épicerie...).

Le lit du bas est beaucoup trop ferme même pour un enfant, un sur-matelas serait appréciable. Peu de rangements dans la pièce à vivre mais cela est dû à la petite superficie et il y a quand même un débarras. Cela reste un détail face aux qualités de l'appartement.

Apartmán je velmi dobře situován, cca 5 minut po rovince od nejbližší pláže. V dochozí vzdálenosti (5-10 minut) se nachází pekárna i supermarket Tommy. V okolí spousta restaurací. Samotný apartmán je dostatečně velký, kuchyň je velmi dobře vybavená, včetně myčky a velké lednice s mrazákem. Klimatizace je jak v ložnici, tak v obývacím pokoji, kde je zároveň rozkládací pohovka. Ačkoli je apartmán "v centru", není zde slyšet hluk (až na letadla z blízkého letiště, ale nepůsobí to nijak rušivě). Postele jsou pohodlné, v ložnici je dostatečně prostorná skříň. Apartmán má malý balkonek a dále stíněné patio, kde je k dispozici krb a je možno grilovat. Měli jsme k dispozici i další místnost, kde se nacházela pračka a byla dostatečně velká na skladování nafouknutého paddleboardu. Zároveň se zde nacházela druhá toaleta.

Jako částečné negativum vnímám, že není uvedeno, že ložnice a koupelna se nacházejí v patře, což není ideální pro rodinu s menšími dětmi, které mohou mít se schody problém. Zároveň při současném provozu varné desky, klimatizace a ohřevu vody docházelo k vypadávání jističe, je třeba si na to dát pozor. Uvedená adresa není zcela přesná, nelze dojet s autem až k apartmánu, ale je nutno věci odnosit buď z parkoviště, které je za poplatek k dispozici a nachází se cca 1-2 minuty chůze, nebo dojet s autem blíže, a pak přeparkovat.

Located in the middle of town a stones throw from the sea within a gated courtyard. Comfortably furnished with excellent bed and pillows. Set over two floors, there is a double washing line attached to the upstairs balcony. Ideal for drying kit after time in the sea. The air conditioning is ample for the rooms, and the bug screens on all windows and balcony door allow free airflow when a/c is not wanted. Just be aware there are a couple of bug screen frames with gaps at the edges. Access to a washing machine is provided. It is a short walk to several supermarkets and the bus route (No.37 or 38) that will take you to the airport and Trogir in one direction, and Split in the other. The buses are cheap and frequent and you can get tickets either on the bus or at the kiosk near the stops. Also near the stops is a most excellent cake shop that you will pass on the way (in the lower section of pavement). Be sure to drop in, you won't be disappointed.

Because of the age of the building, the bathroom was not at all spacious and could benefit from refurbishment. The kitchen would be better with the addition of some countertop, but how that could be achieved I am at a loss to say. Make sure the gate is locked in the evening or you may get a knock on the door from someone begging with a sob story.
