Receptionist was friendly. The common areas were convenient and stocked with things people might need like plates, utensils, irons and ironing boards, a kitchenette, etc.
The room did not come with towels for the shower, you had to have your own.
The window blinds were mostly see-through and did not cover the entirety of the window. It was easy to see into the room from the outer walkway.
