Apartment in the heart of Yerevan

The location is perfect - you are around all the main landmarks. The block is in a quiet area so you won't be bothered by any noise. There are good supermarkets around and there's also a greengrocer and a small bakery in the yard. The owner of the house was kind enough to welcome us at a very late hour and even treated us with the local fruits and cold water. There are all the basic facilities in the apartment: you can cook, bake, have a shower,dry your hair, iron your clothes, there's a tv, the neighbours are quiet too. The apartment is on the 6th floor but there's an elevator. It's an excellent place if you want to be close to all the main attractions yet have a quiet place to recover. We'd be happy to come back if we are back in Yerevan again.

It's just something to keep in mind: if you need to take out the rubbish, you'd have to get it to the rubbish bin which is in the yard because the rubbish chute hatch seems to be shut close.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was fully equipped and very tidy. There is an elevator to the 6th floor. Mooie locatie, hartje stad. Appartement was compleet ingericht en heel netjes. Lift aanwezig naar de 6e verdieping.

Actually, nothing really. The only issue was that Booking.com didn't show the correct location, so we couldn't find each other right away. It was also a bit complicated that Russian communicating via Google Translate was a struggle. But we did our best! Eigenlijk niets. Alleen gaf Booking.com niet de juiste locatie weer, waardoor we elkaar niet meteen konden vinden. En was wel ingewikkeld dat het communiceren via Google Translate wel moeizaam ging. Maar we deden ons best!

Хозяйка квартиры начала требовать наличку хотя это нигде не указано в условиях бронирования. Пока я решала момент как ее достать и ждала подтверждение от букинга она меня терроризировала в вотсапе типо где деньги почему их нет, хотя это она не прикрепила карту к букингу и я решала вопрос сама. Очень странная женщина. Не хотела уходить когда я заселилась. В общем, минус вайб
