Bastide Philomen

I was extremely pleased with the accomodation at Bastide Philomena. Not only was the house beautiful, but the staff who admitted us was kind and professional and all the neccessities of life were thought of and provided. This is the first accomodation where I would rate a full 10 out of 10.

We loved this house. It was a quiet little haven in a busy tourist area. The garden and pool are beautiful and the house is clean, cosy and well equipped. If we travel to the area again, we would happily stay here again. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The air con was only in the master bedroom.

This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The facilities are fantastic and it was excellent value for money. The owner of the property was keen to help, swift to respond to our queries and extremely thoughtful. We have young children and she immediately asked if we required a high chair or cot bed and ensured that we knew how to use the pool alarm. The property is in a great location, close to amenities and the beach. However, our children would have been more than happy to stay by the pool every day of our stay! I would urge prospective guests not to be deterred by the lack of reviews. The house is relatively new to the holiday rental market and we’re delighted that we took a chance on it. Loubna, the lovely housekeeper, was keen for feedback and ways that they could improve but we couldn’t offer any advice. None of us wanted to leave!
