Estuvlmos muy agusto y tranquilos.
Muy bien ubicada, a 15 min de Palma y del aeropuerto. También a 3 min del centro comercial Festival Park, con tiendas, restaurantes, y cine. Fantástico.

The house was large and very well equipped, everything you could need for a family holiday was provided. There were several outdoor areas to sit which was great as well as the pool and sunbeds. The house is only about 5 mins from supermarkets and the town of Santa Maria. Unexpected was the size of the grounds and the chickens, turkeys, rabbits and cats.
The aircon was not working when we arrived and it took until the next day before the engineer arrived to fix it. There was then a storm 5 days later and the aircon and WiFi went down. We were told the electrify runs from the solar panels in the grounds so on cloudy days less is generated. This does not seem good for a rental property.

Location was calm and away from crowds with enough space to enjoy lots of eating and lounging outside. Cats on site were well trained to stay out of house so there, but not an issue. Facilities were very clean in the house. Plenty of space and beds. Responsive hosts.
The pool could have been cleaner, it was very green by day 4 and we couldn't even see the dolphin on the bottom. We still swam but only complaint is the water should have been treated to be clearer.
