有附停車場 一個房間有一個停車位 外面大街上很多餐廳飲料店 吃晚餐跟宵夜很多選擇 要去東大夜市也很近 大廳有小朋友的溜滑梯 2-3歲的小孩在裡面玩也很安全
沒有飲水機 附瓶裝水 但不夠喝

腳踏車總共7輛，但卻沒一輛可以騎的，不是鏈條脫落，就是輪胎沒氣！一樓公共空間的飲用水沒了，經入住當天下午反應後，過了一個晚上依然沒有補！
