Halo Bay Homestay

The owners are lovely people and were very attentive from the moment I made my booking. Because of my bus schedule, I arrived at 4:00 AM, and they kindly welcomed me despite the early hour. They were always helpful, assisting me with laundry and providing any information I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, I highly recommend staying here!

Not an inconvenience for me, but it’s worth noting that there’s no elevator, only stairs.

I was looking for an authentic homestay for tet to celebrate with a local family, which is exactly what I got at Halo Bay! Hien was so kind to invite me to all of her family celebrations like dinner on New Year’s Eve, traditional celebrations at midnight, as well as inviting me along to visit her family and temple on New Year’s Day! Most resturaunts were also closed for tet and so Hien cooked vegetarian meals for me as well which was so kind. She also taught me how to make egg coffee! Beyond all those wonderful things, my room was one of my favorite rooms I have ever stayed in! It was so magical and had the best vibes and so much natural light! I HIGHLY recommend coming to stay with Hien and her family and wish I could have stayed for longer❤️

Owner wanted to help us and was careful.

From our room, we could eat like if he was within the same room as us, the guy that was upstairs. It, therefore, was quite disturbing.
