Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Condo was just as described, clean and welcoming!! So close to the beach and the venue, it was perfect!! Also I licked myself out and I called and they helped me right away. Would definitely stay again use RealJoy!!

Great unit and location! Clean and newer appliances incl a fridge with a water dispenser. We left an umbrella, camp chair, and cooler backpack in the hall closet. And left packets of salt, sugar, sweetener in one of the cabinets. Salt, pepper, coffee filters were provided. Bring foil, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, and more body soap, if needed. There were a quite a few flying insects hanging around the porch so didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. Had a great trip overall!

We absolutely loved this property and would rent it again if we go back to the same area of Florida. The property is finished so nicely and kept up so well. We loved the furnishings in the condo as well as the screened porch.
The location is perfect. We loved the convenience of being able to park right out front of the property so carrying luggage and groceries was a simple task. We walked to the beach multiple times a day. It is a convenient location to hop on Hwy 30A and explore the fun beach towns. I have only good things to say about this fantastic property.
