If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Good stay, comfortable beds (important for a ski trip). Laundry was not great - the laundry room in our unit was apparently out of order and I ended up struggling to dry a soaking wet load in another building. Not something the listing manager controls per se but would be nice to know on check in. Buses are good - transit app a little weird (again not something the listing manager controls). Would start again.

The location was supreme. There is a free shuttle bus stop for the ski areas less than 50 yards from the unit.Beds were comfortable. The unit has been remodeled, but not recently. It is still in good shape though.Future guests should be aware the community hot tub closes at 9:00 PM.

Everything was great except not having access to the spa area (the pool and hot tub were emptied) . I would have chose a different place if I knew there wasn’t a hot tub as that was an important amenity for us.
