The three story house is well equipped. Plenty of kitchen cookware and dishes. Plenty of seating and space. Appliances all worked well, including washer/dryer. Couldn't find the exact layout online so here it is: Floor 1 - queen bed with remodeled shower/bathroom. Floor 2 - king room and den sleeper sofa room (both have remodeled bathrooms). Floor 3 - king room and 2 twin beds room (neither bathrooms remodeled). Nest AC controllers for all three levels - worked great. Do not plan to use the entertainment room (garage level) as a sleeping area (we didn't and it's not made for that). Lots of stairs to get to the 3rd floor but safe railings to protect young ones. House is older so don't expect perfection. But, it's a safe home in a great location. Sea Pines Resort manages the property so you get to use the Sea Pines facilities - that's the pool and fitness center. No issues with contacting Sea Pines Resort or the property owner. Hot tub had issues during our stay but owner is working on a fix. Sea Pines Resort can also arrange for bicycle rental (at a discount).

The home was clean and well stocked with plenty of lounging space. While the kitchen and great room were renovated, don’t expect it to look like a new home. It’s an older home but still quite comfy and the AC worked great!!!
We biked or walked to the harbor, the pool, tennis / pickle ball, playground and dining. The beach is on the other end of the resort but still only a 10 minute bike ride.

Great location. You can walk to Harbour Town and the pool. The house had lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay.
