The home offers ample living space, including three lounge areas and two enclosed porches. Relax on the porch with Barnstable Harbor as your backdrop or enjoy a game of pool in the upstairs lounge. The custom gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal. The casual dining room, along with a table on the adjacent covered porch, provides plenty of seating for everyone.
Walk 600 feet down the road to reach your private association beach on Barnstable Harbor, offering stunning views of Sandy Neck Lighthouse across the water. Remember to return each evening for beautiful sunsets over the bay! You can also stroll to Barnstable Harbor to enjoy a meal at Mattakeese Wharf, try fresh fish from Osterville Fish, or board a whale-watching tour—all within a five-minute walk from the residence. What a fabulous stay! The house was super kid friendly (they had every beach toy and lawn game you could want) and the street was quiet and nice for young kids. Would definitely recommend for a few families, which is what we did.

Booked for a girls weekend away from Boston and we loved! Clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Lots of games and things to do in the garage as well!

The house, yard, and beach were exactly as pictured online -- beautiful. My husband & I, our 4 adult kids and spouses, and their six kids - ages 10 months to 4 years old -- all enjoyed the spacious home, yard, and outside shower after the beach. Beach truly was at end of the dead end street, easy walk, about 5 or 6 houses away. Garage had sand chairs, wagon, and beach toys for the children. Library area also had kids' books and toys, as well as plenty of adult books and perfect area for those who had to work remotely a couple of days.
Property manager was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. We hope to rent the house next summer If we can all manage to take the same vacation week again.
