Cisza ,spokój nie daleko od plaży.Prywatny garaż,komunikacja z właścicielem bezproblemowa,szybkie zameldowanie.Klimatyzacja sprawna . Łazienka z czystymi ręcznikami,sprawna pralka ,zestaw kosmetyków bardzo dobrej jakości.Posciel czysta pachnąca.Moskitiery w każdym oknie.Ogolnie jak dla nas super.Polecam każdemu .
Kuchnia mogła by być lepiej doposażona(czajnik,łyżeczki do herbaty,noże kuchenne)

Very nice, clean and modern appartment in a quiet location. Whole apartment is fully air-conditioned (which we really appreciated in such hot weather...). Our host Mrs.Anita is very nice woman, she's been taking care of us from the very beginning to the end of our stay:-) We were a bit surprised how far is the beach (Spiaggia Delle Conchiglia, cca 7-8 mins by car), but we liked it very much there - perfect small and clean beach with great beach bar, we have not miss anything there:-) In the town you can find supermarket, restaurants/fastfood, gas station...So overall, everything was completely OK and we would like to thank very much to Mrs.Anita again:-)
No negatives at all, we just missed a bit some kitchen equipment such as microwave owen, kettle, sandwicher/toaster, but it was any big issue for us, just to inform any following guests:-)

Appartamenti nuovissimi super puliti e confortevoli, zona molto tranquilla parcheggio e garage a disposizione! Staff gentilissimo e disponibile la Signora Anita ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno! Torneremo sicuramente speriamo presto quelle zone sono bellissime!!!

Beautiful location in Porto Tolle, typically Italian villages. Quiet places, mostly locals residents, and almost no tourists. Close to the beaches. The accomodation had airconditioning and was nice and clean.
The complex was decorated with a lot of floor and wall tiles. So there is no damping of sounds. So i could literally hear everything my neigbours were saying. And they had a little girl who cried which we could hear clearly. Please apply some damping materials like curtains or carpets. Also, the apartement had a steel an wooden stairs which makes a hard cracking noise when you use it. So everytime one of our children went to the toilet at night, the whole family woke up. There was not much cutlery and cups available. Besides, the cups were Nutella cups. So i guess the Siviero family loves Nutella, which is a good thing. Lastly, there were wasps and grasshoppers entering the apartement (i think through the ventilation of the kitchen). So we left one day earlier because we were tired of killing grasshoppers all day and night.
