Great location, walking distance to lifts and all shopping area , close to coffee shop and restaurants. Receptionists and housekeepers were professional and friendly. Room and common areas very clean.
The hotel facilities are very basic. The rooms are advertised "Mountain view " but the 3 small windows in our 2nd floor room faced the allies where the dumpster were, which can get noisy. No lobby or lounge area and breakfast was very basic.

Fantastic location next to everything! The rooftop hot tub with 360-degree mountain views was also quite nice. The breakfast was continental style, though it also included breakfast burritos.
Check in is only from 4-5pm, though they had a system for late arrivals that worked out just fine. My only other complaint (which was minor) is that they still use traditional keys for the room doors, which aren't the most convenient since you have to manually lock your door each time you leave.
