From individuals to individuals, we offer this rental located between Ocean and Lake, the Résidence les Grands Pins (stone and vacation) is located in Carcans Maubuisson, seaside resort of the South Medoc labeled Blue Flag, just 50 kms from the city of Bordeaux . Located in the heart of a beautiful pine forest crossed by a cycle path which allows to reach all activities and trade nearby, it benefits from an exceptional natural setting.
The Residence offers an outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool, unheated and unsupervised. It also has a children's play area, pétanque and beach volleyball courts, and ping-pong table as well as a laundromat.
The 30 m² apartment type T2 is located on the 2nd and last floor facing south, south is not overlooked and quiet overlooking the pine forest. Composed of a living room (with TV), a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), a bedroom, a bathroom with WC, and a spacious terrace with a garden furniture, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people: the bedroom includes a 160 bed and large storage cupboards and the living room sleeps 3 in 90.
A safe is available free of charge in the apartment.
Options with supplement:
Bed linen can be provided at a rate of € 10 per set.
A cot for children under 3 can be provided on request for € 15.
End of stay cleaning is your responsibility or a cleaning service is possible for an average of € 50 excluding the kitchen area.
The apartment is non-smoking and not suitable for pets.
A rental contract will be established for the rental.
A deposit of 25% of the rental price will be requested upon booking (cashing of the check).
The balance of the stay will be payable 1 month before your arrival.
A deposit check of 350 € in case of damage to the accommodation will be required upon delivery of the keys (not cashed).
A deposit check of 50 € (in the event of cleaning not carried out on your departure) will be required upon delivery of the keys (not cashed).
The tourist tax will be paid on the day of your departure.

L'appartement qui est prévu pour 5 est quand même un peu petit, pars sa surface , par son frigo, par sa plaque à induction 2 feux où les poêles et casseroles (vétustes )ne peuvent cohabiter vu leurs diamètres. Etant donné le tarif de la location il serait bien de renouveler par du matériel neuf . Le grille pain d'un autre âge où l'on ne peut griller que 2 toast à la fois et qui s'éteint en le débranchant de la prise électrique. Le lave vaisselle qui se vidange une fois sur 2. ( la propriétaire vous répondant que cela est normale).

appartement très chaleureux et impeccable conforme à nos attentes nous avons adoré ce séjour reposant au coeur de la pinède et idéalement situé proche des pistes cyclables permettant de se rendre au centre ville de Maubuisson et de son lac et très pratique pour se rendre à l'océan à Carcans Plage non loin également un grand merci aux propriétaires Corinne et Jean-Luc qui nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux - nous avons hâte de revenir
