We loved the place. Very clean, spacious, and bright with a sea view.
Nice location. Hidrobaza and Valbandon Beach are accessible by foot. No need to travel by car. But if you want there is also parking availbale.
Parking near the hotel is not very big and might be problematic if you come later in the evening. This is not a problem, a lot of space in the street.
Nice small shop right near the hotel.
Very quite location.
I would advise using less air freshener. A lot of people nowadays are suffering from allergies etc, so might be uncomfortable.

Only a short walk to reach the beaches, A/C, nice owner
Some necessities were missing (eg. soap, toilet paper, dish sponge, dishtowel), not enough towels, some dust collected on electric outlets and around the wardrobe.
