The farmhouse consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and storage rooms.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside: Barbecue, hammock, table tennis, swimming pool, parking, porch, pool beds, tables, relaxation areas, umbrellas.
The village of Arcidosso is 10 minutes from the property.

We had really two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful house. At first and most important, Marta and Marco are such friendly people. All our questions before and mostly during our stay were answered immediately. They gave us many good tipps regarding restaurants in the region. Not to forget the wine and the olive oil they are producing themselves - just delicious. The house with the big garden and the fantastic pool is located in 900 m altitude (Arcidosso centre ca. 650 m), which makes the climate being very well even during hot summer days. We will never forget sitting on the terrace after sundown and being surrounded by hundreds of fireflies.

We love the silence and the beautiful house and the region with the small towns! Only the wheather could have been better.And that the property is completely fenced in, that‘s really nice for our dogs!

An exceptional home ,in a stellar private location, away from the maddening crowd..We loved our 2 week stay , we explored the local area and made regular trips to the more recognized areas of Tuscany.Marta and Marco were the nicest people, caring andgenerous.
