About this apartment rental

Ideally located in a quiet residence, ski-in ski-out, comfortable apartment with neat decoration. Close to all shops, ski school, sale of passes. The apartment is equipped with 5 beds, broken down as follows (1 mountain area with 1 bed (door closing) 1 cabin with two bunk beds, door closing, 1 sofa convertible into 1 double bed.
All beds are independent and separate. All beds have duvets. Apartment refurbished in AUGUST 2015. There is a person on site responsible for the apartment and the key collection
Reservation conditions 25% upon reservation by check or bank transfer, the balance 15 days before your arrival at VAL THORENS.(Deposit by check) Check returned within 2 days of your departure. the apartment is also equipped with a ski locker.

The property is in a great position at the heart of val thorens and was presented in a clean and tidy way however it is quite small,we are 3 older men 60 who like to relax,the seating is a bit sketchy as only stools not very relaxing the kitchen area is adequate for preparing meals good selection of pans and dishes, the bathroom is a good size nice shower needs new shower head as always and toilet is very small im 6ft knees up by my ears.the beds are comfortable and bedding adequate you do get a lot of noise from the corridor from revellers returning from there nights out which is expected dident last long, overall we had good stay,loads of snow,powder everywhere good timesas just but adequate

We had a fabulous week in this little apartment located right in the middle of town opposite the slopes. The apartment is cosy with lots of storage and has everything you need. Monique is a fantastic host and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We'll definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay in Monique’s apartment. Well located in Val Thorens, ski in and ski out from the rear and close to shops and restaurants, easy to walk in and wander around in the evenings. The flat was clean and well appointed. And even as a family of five was big enough for our needs, clever use of space with fold down table and sofa bed made it very liveable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and already looking for dates for next year.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants. L appartement est calme, ce qui est appréciable dans une station très animée. Le confort nécessaire s y trouve. Le retour à ski a l immeuble est appréciable. Nous n avons pas trouvé le départ skis aux pieds mais il suffit de traverser la route et le départ des pistes est 100m plus loin. Pour les enfants le départ des cours de ski n'est pas loin et pour les plus petits un tunnel avec tapis roulant permet de descendre et remonter sans difficulté. La communication avec Mme Terme est facile. Nous avons apprécié notre passage à Val Thorens.

Very good !!!! My wife and I stayed for 1 week at Monique's apartment. It is very well located, very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment has a space to store the ski and is ski in and ski out (This helps a lot.). It is very well equipped with all kitchen utensils. The apartment is small, but for two to three people they are well accommodated. I recommend the apartment and when I return to Val Thorenz, I will stay again at Monique's apartment.

Appartement conforme à sa description. Situation idéale pour partir et revenir sur les pistes skis aux pieds. La disposition de la pièce à vivre notamment avec la table se pliant dans le mur permet de ne pas se sentir à l'étroit.

Bon apparemment dans l'ensemble bien équipé bien placé. Seul bémol, le clic clac est très inconfortable pour y dormir sans avoir mal au dos nous avons du mettre le matelas au sol pour mieux dormir.

Appartement propre, bien agencé et bien équipé par rapport à la taille. La douche et salle de bain nickel. La chambre cabine est suffisamment grande pour mettre un lit de bébé. La position dans la station est parfaite par rapport aux commerces , retour ski au pied possible. Le seul bémol est l'odeur de cigarette dans le couloir d'entré ou il y a le premier lit: l'odeur semble venir du couloir ou des autres appartements, mais la les propriétaire ne pourrons pas grand chose cela dépendra des voisins. Il manque juste une connexion internet pour que ce soit parfait !

Au delà de l'appartement qui est propre, bien équipé et neuf, la propriétaire ainsi que les personnes en charge de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieux de sortie sont particulièrement conciliantes! Merci pour votre compréhension et adaptabilité! Nous étions 3 et le logement est adapté, pour plus ce serait un peu étroit de mon avis. Le seul petit point négatif concerne les parties communes de l'immeuble qui ne sont pas très propres, surtout au niveau de l'odeur de cigarettes mais c'est du au peu de respect des locataires comme un peu partout en France aujourd'hui malheureusement.

C etait une semaine parfaite. L appartement a etait refait, et ça se vois. Il est tres bien agencé au vue de sa superficie. Et de la place pour ranger ses affaires. Doté d un grand casier à ski. Bref n'hesite pas.
